Does Indore has potential to become future technology hub?

Madhya Pradesh government pushing hard in inviting technology companies to invest in Madhya Pradesh. Mainly in Indore. Infosys  has already given their green signal to become  indori software company. TCS is still in air. In past two - three months back there were news in air  that Oracle, Wipro and other companies are also agreed to come to Indore. 

Questions are - are these news are true or creating  hype only ?

These questions comes to everybody's mind because 

• IT park is started re-innovating .. no software company showed interest to buy roof their.
• Govt is given 100 Acre land to Infosys, Is there any work progress?  everybody says NO.
• TCS is like court case - coming coming & only coming.
